. Please ensure that your ward reports to school on the first day after school reopens following a vacation.

. In case your ward fails to report to school on the first day, or requires a leave of absence from the school or comes late, an application has to be submitted to the Principal stating the reason, and approval has to be taken in advance.

. Your ward's name is likely to be struck off the rolls, if he absents himself from school for more than a week, or reports late without any prior notice.

. Please keep back your ward and also notify the school in case he/she contract any infectious or contagious disease. On his/her reporting back, please ensure that he/she brings a medical certificate too.

. Please do not visit the school to meet your ward or teachers during school hours without the Principal's permission.

. I-card of the child is a must, to be brought at the time of each visit.

. You are requested to co operate with the school in instilling discipline and regularity in your ward and seeing to it that he grows up to be an ideal student.
